Welcome to AnimeVisions! These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI image generation platform at https://animevisions.io ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

AnimeVisions provides AI-powered anime-style image generation. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers with different features and usage limits. The quality and content of generated images may vary and depend on user inputs and AI algorithms.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details current.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer various subscription plans with different features and point allocations. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. All payments are final and non-refundable except in cases of significant technical issues on our end. Points have no cash value and expire according to your plan terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Using the Platform to transmit or publish any harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful material

  • Using the Platform to send unauthorised advertising, spam, or solicitation or to harvest, collect, or gather user data without the user's express consent

  • Generating content that includes impersonations of any real person or falsely portrays an individual in a misleading or defamatory way

  • Generating content that includes depictions of sexual abuse, sexual violence, explicit pornography, or any form of non-consensual acts

  • Generating content that includes depictions of child nudity, child pornography, or any form of child exploitation

  • Generating content that includes depictions of acts that involve non-consent, sexual or otherwise

  • Generating content that includes depictions of animal cruelty or harm to animals, including acts of violence or torture

  • Generating content that includes explicit depictions of gore or extreme violence

  • Generating content that promotes or incites hatred, violence, discrimination, or harm based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic

  • Generating content that intentionally endangers or threatens the safety, security, or well-being of any individual or group

  • Otherwise generating content that, in our sole discretion, is deemed unsuitable, obscene, offensive, or contrary to community standards and user expectations

We reserve the right to monitor content and terminate accounts that violate these policies without notice or refund. Violations may be reported to law enforcement.

5. Content and Ownership

You retain rights to your text prompts. You may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these terms and applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of your generated content but require limited rights to provide our Service.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ACCURACY OF GENERATED IMAGES, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime through your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your access ends immediately and no refunds are provided.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saarbrücken, Germany, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
